Very knowledgeable and thoughtful doctor. Staff is excellent. From the time i called for my appointment up until the time i left i felt listened to. Dr Cavallo went out his way to explain EVERYTHING and even teach me a little more afterwards. Highly recommended
From the call for an appointment to my first time in the office it was all so pleasant. During the exam every test or part of the exam was explained to me. I will recommend Dr Cavallo .
I cold called them and they got me in for a next-day emergency appointment. Dr. Cavallo diagnosed the problem in an hour and a half and immediately started treatment, which so far has been effective. His staff processed my insurance before I even asked. This is an extraordinarily competent dental practice.
Staff was great made visit easy and no worries explained from everything to what was gonna happen to payment and when next visit would be to what they would be doing next and they get a hold of you couple days before appointment to confirm an overall great experience
