Our car buying experience with Brandon and Brett was THE BEST experience we have ever had. We initially made the mistake of going to Hall for a brand new Mazda and for some unknown reason, the Hall Used Car manager (Matthew) tried to edge into our purchase with sleazy sales tactics and sneaky tricks to maximize his commission. Great experience at Cavalier Mazda. The new building looks straight out of Architectural Digest. Salesman Phil Wilson, Manager Melissa Cooley, Delivery coordinatior Joshua Punch were friendly, professional and courteous. Come out and look at all the Mazdas on their large lot. They will take care of you. Service and Parts are top notch. The waiting room has couches that you will likely fall asleep on.
Best car dealership experience to date. Karina was great from start to finish. The dealership has a calm relaxing environment, and I appreciate they are leaning towards having you stay with one person throughout the entire experience (no switching between sales and finance etc where there is often communication breakdowns). A 5,000 mi showroom quality CX70 needed warranty work on the radar system when I went to go sell the car, they assumed I wanted to lemon law. Service director and manager were immediately hostile, unprofessional and uncooperative right from the very start. They lied on their service repair as well. Then even after all the warranty work that got done, these pictures show you how it came out and I had to return 3X to get it correctly repaired.
