What a disgusting group of people. They will have your car towed without installing the proper signage to reflect what is needed to park there. They don’t care about any tenants, only money. Lived in a neighborhood they manage for years. The tow company they employ, Shanks, picks and chooses when they will tow vehicles. I have complained multiple times over the years about my issues with shanks and they do not care! I purchased a parking pass and was not given parking regulations. My company vehicle was parked there a few nights a week for the last several months without being towed. Response was that they don't allow commercial vehicles in the complex.
