Terrible experience with the service department. It's mid-July and the AC stops working in my wife's 2021 Navigator. Was told it would be 3-4 weeks before an appointment was available but to bring the vehicle in at 7:30 when the service department opens for "first come first serve". Showed up and was told that they don't see vehicles without appointments and the "first come first serve" has to be prearranged and is on a 7-10 day wait, very confusing.
