I was called and when I explained my issues and my experience Daniel assured me he would fix the problem. He told me that someone would be at my home on Saturday morning to pick up my vehicle and take it back to their facility for cleaning and detailing. The best large purchase experience I’ve ever had! I and my brother wandered in to Cavalier Ford/Lincoln late on a Monday, hoping to find something to replace my Escape that had just been declared a total loss.
