During the last several weeks Lindsey Carpenter has provided physical therapy for me, and she has been outstanding. She is very professional and knows how yo get the willing cooperation of her client. I have enjoyed working with Lindsey, and have benefited from her services.
This was the most disappointing experience, after 3 weeks the therapist shows up and says it is evaluation day and does no exercises just talks to my mother and then announces that she is being discharged. We had no warning and I did not have time to contact anyone .... This really hurt my mother because she was desperate for assistance in improving her strength and Cavalier chose to just drop her ! and now Medicare is paying for a new provider who is a Big help !
I was fortunate to have Cavalier provide both home nursing and physical therapy services following a stint in the hospital. They were fantastic — knowledgeable, highly skilled, meticulous and friendly. Most of the nursing visits were done by Christina, who took great care of me and patiently showed me what to do for those things I needed to do between visits.
