It’s been such a hard time getting in contact with the place to see if an apartment is available to just look at. It’s been two whole weeks since I’ve gotten the email that they would contact me back soon. I even called and left a voicemail on a day the office was open. This is ridiculous. I’ve read other comments on how they have a waitlist. Why even bother putting up a listing if you have a waitlist?!
There is a serious mold issue here that management is NOT addressing! People are seriously ill and they don't care one bit.
Its a very nice apartment complex, but the apartment sizes are on the small side and there's only one elevator that's not centrally located, so if you're handicapped (as I am) there's little chance you can walk from the elevator kitty-corner across to the apartments on the other side of the building. This makes it difficult for handicapped people and to my knowledge, there's only one apartment designated as a handicapped unit. I will add, management and maintenance are fantastic ... now.
