Wait list was miles long, and while there are some issues, you get a lot for the price. Historic building, spacious apartments with vaulted ceilings and tall windows, Main Street Pizza nearby, and friendly maintenance (Adam). The manager (Samantha) was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us relocate from Seattle.
I live at Cavalier Greene property their worst ran property yet. I’ve been dealing with an illness and once they found out from a Dr it was mold verified they started dragging their feet. It’s been over a week for a mold test kit while I live in a mold infested basement apartment that started to become mold infested because I had a broken dehumidifier. I lived there 3 yrs nice clean apts,nice having a washer and dryer in apt , mainence men really nice They kept property up nice..Always ' winter walks way were clean,roads !!
Says no pets allowed not true. People here have all kinds of pets. Even reptiles.
