Do not bother to rent from this complex. They will deny your application for a debt incurred well over 10 years ago, despite having a verifiable means to pay the rent a full year in advance and an acceptable credit score. Additionally, they are supposed to refund your $300 deposit if your application is denied. Two weeks later I am still waiting for my refund! Come to find out, they mailed it to the wrong address (which I don't understand how that happened since my current address was on the application AND I told the office... read more
I have lived here for over 3 years. The office staff Jamie and Jen are great, Maintenance does a fine job closing work orders . We also have brand new windows ! The window manager Tom said we are getting new front doors as well. So is it pricey, yes but they are putting some money into improvements.
I had a wonderful experience getting everything squared away for my future move . Destiny made the process extremely easy & was very thorough in explaining everything to me . I would recommend cavalier to anybody looking to move !
