I moved into this apartment in August and first reported the air conditioning issue around August 27 i believe. It is now mid-September, and the problem still has not been permanently resolved. While the weather has been cooler recently, that does not change the fact that the AC remains unreliable and that this maintenance request has been open for weeks.
