I am very disappointed with the management of this apartment community. A bat has entered my apartment three times in the same month, and despite reporting the issue, it has still not been permanently resolved. I have a 6-month-old baby, so this is a serious health and safety concern for my family. Worst management and people who are working there are very rude. On top of everything no body cares. That's why the ratings is less than 3 star. If more people start posting review Im sure it will be 1 star for sure.
I wish I could give this place half a star, but since that's not an option, I'm giving it one star. The maintenance service has been the worst I've ever experienced. My apartment has had multiple issues, and I submitted several maintenance requests. It's been nearly 40 days, and instead of fixing the problems, all of my maintenance tickets were closed without any work being completed or explanation. Would like to give 0 stars if I could. Been living here more than 7 years. Over the last one year or so, the management responses and maintenance has started declining. Maintenance requests which used to be addressed within a week now take more than 2 months to get a response even. They have also now started charging $$ for fixing issues caused due to wear and tear like water leakage which are beyond your control. I have moved out now. If you want to save mental stress and $$, then opt for a different apartment complex.
