Hello everyone, I live in 7B4 and wanted to share a review on the It's been more than 3 months I have been raising tickets for the maintenance issues of my apartment...after multiple follow ups as well they haven't addressed anything so far...
This space has been livable but far from ideal and I want to add this review as a support for the various other similar complaints: 1. Maintenance is understaffed and unorganized. A simple washer request I put in since I didn't want to risk of damaging the machine took 2.5 months for anyone to come out, only to be done in maybe 5 mins. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I relocated from out of state and moved into this community in November 2025. Since day one, my experience has been marked by poor maintenance, lack of communication, and complete disregard for tenant concerns. When I arrived on move-in day after a four-hour drive, the apartment was not move-in ready.
