I like it here
I moved in Jan 2025 and love this place. The complex is preventative maintenance-centric - everything from pest control, facility upkeep/repairs to maintenance requests. Everything is done quickly and done well. All planned work is communicated multiple times and starts with plenty of advance notice. The staff and maintenance people are helpful and courteous.
My husband and I have lived in this community for over 10 years. The Cavalier Club is placed in a great area walking distance to the Eden Center a Safeway and Target. Great food and other shopping nearby as well. Management here is solid and any issues you may have will get taken care of in quick pace not to mention the maintenance crew are phenomenal!.
