HAIRCUT AND STYLE – I've had my haircut at Cavale by a master for $75 a few times now and have been very pleased with the results. Last time I went I accepted a (I don't remember what level he was) and by golly if I had gone for a $10 haircut it would have been better. I am very displeased with what he did with my hair - I won't go there anymore. Lena
Absoloutly love my highlights. – I wanted to make my hair darker for the winter, so I bought a bottle of dye at the pharmacy and to my horror it came out way to dark. My hair is naturally light. A friend highly recommended Cavale Tonuzi Salon so i made an appt. asap. Even though it cost more then any store bought dye it was worth every penny and i wont go anywhere else.
Best Brazilian Wax of My Life...crazy right?! But True! – I do not know anyone who enjoys a Brazilian Wax, but lets be honest. Some of us in the world find it necessary. Leanne makes the experience very comfortable, and I didn't think that was possible. Not only is she super friendly and sweet, but she is an EXPERT at Brazilian waxing. don't go here!!!! – Came here and Gina did my highlights, or should I say her assistant. They made me wait and wait and wait going back and forth ..I think Gina was too busy with something else. I guess my $ 200 highlights wasn't enough to keep her busy. i came there at 12pm and ended up leaving when they were closing.. my hair was a blond mess in the back and then there were gold streaks in the front it was terrible. Perfect! – Exactly what you'd expect from an upscale salon/day-spa. Beautiful surroundings and a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. The staff were fantastic. They really care about their customers. I had an amazing facial with Gla that was catered to my specific skin care needs and problems. Will definitely keep coming back for more!
Simply the Best – Simply the best Brooklyn has to offer. Very service oriented and every experience has been exceptional. The staff is talented, friendly, and professional. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
HORRIFIC SERVICE – This was the worst experience I ever had in a salon. And I am a spa junkie. I love to go to them & try new places. Since I am new to the area, I tried it here. From the moment I walked in I felt horrible. I was greeted by a young girl, Gabriel I think was her name & she was so cold!! She had me waiting over 20 minutes for Lisa. Stay AWAY! – I totally agreed that Cavelli Tonuzi/Tantra Spa has gone downhill big time!! Good news.. I heard Charlie is still in the area, but Violette is not, well at least for now. I sent a friend there before I found out that Charlie & Violette had left. She was so disappointed with the color/highlights, her hair looked overprocessed and they charged her the same price as if it were the owners or a more experienced staff member. I agree.. stay away.
cavale tonuzi is the complete package! – I love jeannie at cavale tonuzi!!!! the first time i walked in to cavale tonuzi i felt comfortable, the assistants greet you at the door and instantly take your coat and offer you somthing to drink.once introduced to jeannie my stylist (whom i have to say was very attractive an very sweet ) i sat in her chair for a breif conslutation and was on my way to the shampoo area.the shampoo was amazeing with smell of natural aroma's in the air and a scalp massage to relax any tension you may ... read more
