Great service. Great quality. Great products.
My husband, and I had the best experience looking for a new vehicle at Cavalcade Ford. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist and then Lauren, our very knowledgeable, patient and personable sales staff. We spent several hours/days, as Lauren showed us vehicles, vehicle packages, and colour options, then down to the nitty gritty of pricing and trade in. Lauren was so attentive throughout it all, no words can adequately explain. Simply put, It was a great experience.
I was trying to work out a deal to trade my vehicle in and buy another new one. Sales Rep forgot to call me back. Waited a month so I finally called spoke to another Sales Rep only to get perked around by saying that there was no phone service in their offices. So I've decided to write this review do to their lack of professionalism so they lost my business.
On my way home the tire pressure light game on , after they rotated the tires ? They called me back and it was resolved , thank you
