I have not been a tenant of Cava Properties yet, but I have been using them to discuss rentals from out of state as I prepare to move to Richmond from the Midwest. They are by far the kindest, most understanding, and the most conscientious about responding in a timely way with information about the houses, the area, and the process. If you're trying to rent from out of town, this is the company to deal with.
