Don’t go here unless you want to walk in, download the app, and figure out how to order on it. I’m not some old guy either, I’m a millennial but shockingly I would rather walk in and go through the line than jack around with an app. It was faster to drive 6 mins and to a regular cava and walk through the line and get my food in like 90 seconds. They need to call it something different like “CAVA Express” so you know the difference before you get there.
I was impressed by how clean this restaurant is. The bathrooms as well. The food was great, but my falafel wasn’t as crunchy as I hoped. Overall a pleasant experience and easy to order.
They helped me place my order and were very kind
There's nobody there to take your order. Instead you have to download an app, create an account and place your oder online to then pick up your to go bag at a counter.
They were nice enough to give my family refills on our drinks when we ran low. Great environment
