I decided to try the salmon and I wish I would’ve know about it sooner, Cameron recommended the salmon with the lemon herb dressing and that green spicy one and wow it was a party in my mouth. Savory, a tad sweet, spicy, herbaceous. I should’ve taken a pic before I devoured it but I’ll be back!!!
The patio is perfect for lunch I can have the sun shinning on my face while I eat my cava. I’m so happy cava is in Ventura now!!! I always switch up what I want considering the possibilities are endless, everything is amazing

I tried CAVA for the first time today and I have a gluten allergy severe!!! The manager was super helpful and changed his gloves and washed his hands and helped me the whole way. He was very knowledgeable
