Manager Zy was very professional and kept her crew organized. Zy has a great character traits to be a great manager
Danny was great and Dani was also and made the best bowl I every had here
The harissa chicken is great.
The customer service here is atrocious. They don't even acknowledge when people come in the door, and will just walk right past you while you're standing at the counter. I don't know if it's just an off day, but this experience was terrible. I ended up not even ordering anything after 5 minutes of just standing there not being acknowledged. I haven't had this issue at other stores, so I'm not sure what the issue is here but hopefully this isn't normal operations at this location.
