Amazing experience! Me and my brother both have celiac disease and Paul was so accommodating when we requested he change his gloves. He not only changed gloves but he also washed his hands and made sure to keep our bowls safe from cross contamination all the way down the assembly line. He was very polite as well. His customer service was incredible and made our evening!
Female Employee with the green eyes and brown hair ( wouldn’t tell me her name ) was EXTREMELY rude to me at the counter. The manager was EXTREMELY rude as well which no longer made me want to eat here . It was my first time at this location and it’s the dirtiest one i’ve ever seen . I’ll drive to another state to get cava before i ever come to this one again !!
Ordered pickup, got a text that it was ready then it wasn’t ready for like almost an extra 10 min. Lentils were undercooked and they skimped on the chicken.
Wonderful staff and very clean!
