Excellent customer service
I grabbed lunch with my team here during weekday. I don’t go to CAVA enough so I didn’t know what to get. It took me a while but I ended up going with a menu that says Fan Favorite - Harrissa Avocado. The food was ok. Healthy, but a little bit too spicy for me. All ingredients were fresh. I would prefer other mediterranean restaurants in the area though. Service has room for improvement. Employees acted like machines to put their responsible items in the bowl. No smile or greeting.
