Great customer service 🤍
Please retrain Leidy! She asked me my name saw my pick up order wasn’t ready and did not convey that information to me. Basically she walked away and completely ignored me after asking my name. Then when my order was ready she didn’t give it to me. Another team member then asked me if I was being helped. When Leidy saw he was going to help me, she showed him which completed order was mine. Not only did this show that Leidy knew my order was ready and which one it was, it also showed Leidy was making me wait for no reason. Th... read more
