This was my first time at Cava, and one of the team members Bre was so helpful and funny and honestly made my whole experience here. When i first walked in i accidentally bumped into a painting and Bre was joking with me and made me feel welcome despite my accident prone-ness. Bre is truly amazing and deserves a raise. I will definitely be back because she made this such an amazing experience.

Don’t waste your time ordering online. It’s never correct or worth your money. I got an almost $20 bowl and it’s a sorry disappointment. I did not receive my extra protein or all of my vegetable toppings. The person cutting the ingredients needs training because the difference in size doesn’t match the price point. The rice has zero saffron and is just over cooked plain basmati.
I tried the salmon bowl at Cava, and it exceeded my expectations. The salmon was perfectly grilled—flaky on the inside with a nice, savory herb seasoning on the outside. It wasn't dry at all and had absolutely no fishy taste. It paired beautifully with the fresh greens, grains, and Mediterranean dips. It’s a healthy, filling, and high-quality meal. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing meal. I really love the customization options and how CAVA is always reinventing their brand. Just wanted to give a shout-out to some of the crew members: DP, Ashley, Tori...thank you guys for all you do!!
