I usually never write reviews, but I had such a great experience at CAVA that I had to share. From the quality of the food to the outstanding customer service, everything was top-notch. It was my first time visiting, and the staff was incredibly patient they walked me through the whole line and introduced each item along the way. 10/10 would absolutely visit again!
I asked for a side of pita bread and was told they were all out, but the person behind me ordered a pita sandwich and they pita bread. Apparently taking pita bread and cutting it for a side is too hard. The soda machines don’t work, yet wasn’t advised of this before being asked if I wanted to buy a fountain drink. Staff wasn’t friendly, barely spoke, seemed like they didn’t to be there. I don’t go to cava much as it is, this reminded me as to why.
Basically a Chipotle of the Mediterranean. Big difference is cuisine, obviously. Cava definitely has more options and just tastes better in my opinion. For 11 or 12 bucks, u get full every time. Cava is always busy around lunch time, get there early or a bit after.
