Jeffery and Rogelio (I think that was his name) were SO helpful and made sure our bowls were perfect! We came from out of state and our first was to go to Cava. They made sure that we were completely satisfied with our meals and they were very pleasant and helpful. I love dealing with employees like that.
First Visit – Amazing Experience with Great Help from Pablo! This was my very first time visiting CAVA, and I went with my family — we weren’t quite sure what to order, but thankfully we were greeted by Pablo at the front. He was absolutely amazing! Lentils suck. They are hard as rocks. I have been here 3 times and each time they are out of the garlic sauce and at least 2 sides. The service is so slow. It takes at least 25 minutes to get up to order and when you are ordering they rush the Hell outta you. You get so little protein too. This Cava in HB on Adams and Brookhurst is horrible. I will stick to my favorite one in Brea and Costa Mesa.
