My husband picked up cava to go for me tonight. I ordered my usual build your own bowl with half harissa chicken and half roasted vegetables. When I took my first bite I had to spit it out. The vegetables had been so overcooked that they had the texture of mush. The flavor was also super off. I tried to take the vegetables out, but there was no redeeming this bowl. I had to throw it away and seriously don't think I will be able to return to Cava because I am so grossed out at this experience.
So we went around lunch it was busy but the line was moving at a good pace, the staff was newer still helpful and the food was fresh and tasted delicious. Would recommend, and will be back!
