they were packed when i came in, but the tall manager handled it beautifully. got everyone where they needed to be and got the kitchen running smooth and fast.
They were slammed and handled it beautifully! Food was great & service was exceptional!

Super long line and it moved so slow. They were out of several ingredients, even in the back. We must have come right after the dinner rush. None of the workers were in any kind of hurry to make bowls, refill ingredients, or cash people out so they could leave. We got the impression that none of them wanted to be there or help customers. The people in line were surprisingly patient but we could see the irritation in their faces. We usually love CAVA but lately this location has gone down hill.
