Went 15 mins later to pickup my food after I got the notification that it was ready, had to wait extra 15 mins while I watched them serve all the remaining customers in the line and plus other people who came in to pick their order. I didn’t mind it up to that point but when my order was placed in front of me instead of handing to me I felt very much disrespected.
this is the 2nd and final time i will get a cava bowl with a hair in it because i will not be returning. when is enough enough. i love you guys but cmon when will this end.
