Trey is one of the hardest working team members of any CAVA location I have ever been at. His presence makes for an incredible checkout experience, he contributes to a clean dining experience, and helps keep the line moving all in the same visit. I hope management and leadership recognize his hard work, his superior customer service skills are one of the reasons I eat at that location 3 to 5 times a week. Oh and the food is amazing too!

Man I really want to love this place. But every single time I’ve placed an online order I’m waiting at least 15 minutes past the pickup time. I sit at the online order line and watch at least 5 people get food each time. The staff is actually really nice minus the manager. They just really need an overhaul on how they manage the orders because it’s an absolute mess right now to the point I do not enjoy my meal anymore. Edit: just wanting to add to this review.
