Ms. Rebecca reshaped the way I view restaurant service. Instantly, when I walked into the restaurant, another customer told me to write a positive review for a server named Rebecca. I can understand why now. It was my first time at this restaurant, and I didn’t know what to get. She swooped in and turned my confused face into a look of understanding, as she helped me put my order in. I don’t know how I can go back to any other restaurant after experiencing service like this.
i came in a little after 9, and the short girl with braids and the collared shirt has absolutely no idea what customer service is!! she was extremely rude to me and others, and seemed irritated with anyone coming in the store. i usually come a little earlier and i think the customer service is generally pretty good, but today was extremely dissapointing. i dont know the way shifts are ran at night but ive never been in a restaurant where the lights turn off before all the customers are gone without any notice…. not sure if i... read more
