After a long 12-hour shift, I visited Cava on Peachtree Parkway. The customer service was appalling, and Mr. Nobody, who completed my order, was so unprofessional and rude. He was obnoxious when I asked about the delay (I placed my order at 7:15 and received it at 7:56). I expressed my displeasure, and stated this would be my last time ever visiting that location again and he sarcastically responded “Okayyy!” To add insult to injury, they ran out of bags and I had to carry my food out by hand.
