Customer service is poor and the food is not good. Overrated
First time visiting a CAVA. Felt like an elevated, greek-inspired Chipotle. My daughter and I built our own bowls. We both did a base of greens and saffron rice. She added falafel, grilled chicken, avocado, and pita croutons. I added red pepper hummus, harissa, steak, grape tomatoes, pickled onions, grilled corn and feta.
