This place is my favorite! The food is so fresh, healthy, and delicious, and the staff is always kind, quick, and accommodating. A five star place for me!
If I could justify eating every meal at Cava, I would. As it is, I’m in there for lunch 2-3 times per week. The Frisco location is particularly well-run and the team is pleasant to engage with, whether during the lunch rush or at quieter times throughout the day.
I went and got food with my son the other day and the gentleman behind the line with the beard and gauges was very accommodating when he heard that my son has a severe dairy allergy. He took off his gloves and washed his hands promptly in front of me and began to work on my son's order. I can definitely tell he cares about his guests. I will be back very soon.
