Bella is amazing! She is kind, patient, and always greets everyone with a smile. She is also fast-paced and keeps the line moving steadily, especially during peak lunch hours. We need more people like her in the food service industry! I gave 3/5 stars for atmosphere because portions vary depending on who is working, and sometimes the portions are absolutely meager. . . I also miss how quiet it usually is during the summer when you don't have to wait in line for 30+ minutes.
It was my first-ever visit to a CAVA location, and I had a great experience! I was visiting from out of town with my mother, and when I asked for recommendations, Carl and Eddie were incredibly helpful in explaining the menu and offering great suggestions. The bowl I ordered was delicious. Thank you, Carl and Eddie! I highly recommend CAVA, especially the location in Gainesville on University.
The Cava near campus is amazing! In particular, CARL is the BEST!! Great food, great service. Clean, fast. I’ve been to several Cava locations, this was surprisingly the best!
Carl is top of the line. Best service ever!! Love this place.
