I’ve ordered online for pick up, packed nicely. The entire portion of rice was dry . This shows what type of quality these place maintains. They don’t have time to check if the rice is soft or not . Was very hungry and trashed the crap
This location is continuously performing worse than other cava locations like the San Marcos and mission valley locations. I eat at cava frequently and really enjoy cava. I have several food restrictions that make eating out challenging but feel comfortable at cava. However, I have been increasingly disappointed by this location and tonight felt like the last straw. They don’t put half the stuff when you do online order
Slowest cava ever
Used to live coming here but no more after today . The tables were dirty, no knives were available , hard to cut large chunks of chicken with only a fork. They had run out of Tzatziki but the worse was the water dispenser that every time drenches your clothes, your purse and your food with a strong jet of water that comes at you like a projectile, and that while missing the cup gives a bath to everything around it.
