Falafel crunch is really good and fulfilling. Good location as well with parking.
I am in person at the location: 250 W 20th St #400, Houston, TX 77008. We were told only cash is accepted because the card machine is down. They could have informed us of online ordering. Secondly, the portions my husband received for his in-cash purchase were smaller than the average bowls that CAVA always made. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the dismissive attitude from this location.
First time at this location. Food tasted good but the employees were not friendly at all. They were not welcoming at all. Didn't even try to smile even when I was being friendly and saying hi. Made me feel like I was bothering them by coming in. There were no other customers there so its not like they were in a rush.
I will definitely be back as this was my first time trying Cava. Vari was amazing! He's very patient and provides excellent hospitality skills. He allowed me to create a bowl with the ingredients that I like. He definitely has great customer service skills and a great personality.
