We were very disappointed with the food. The Steak + Feta Pita was a dough that dripped fat in an exaggerated way, and the filling didn't look good at all. The Harissa Avocado Bowl was a combination that could not be deciphered and avocado, just the name. I wonder if there is no quality supervisor at that food stall.
I had to take the time to leave a reverie for Chris’ effort. A manager should lead by example and while I don’t expect a business to be able to cater to every customer, I appreciate when customer service is taken keenly. I was running a few minutes late from the airport, and instead of turning me away Chris did the best he could to put a bowl together for me since my online order was discarded due to me arriving after closing. I am so appreciative of his gesture that I will definitely continue to patronize Cava.
All of the staff are hardworking and kind. Sebastian was the cashier and helped me out!
Went to Cava today, the staff are amazing. The service was quick and easy. They have a bunch of topping options. It was my 2nd time ordering in person, wasn’t sure what to order but they were very patient and polite with me. Andrea greeted with me with a warm smile, she was very kind and helpful. Also, the food is delicious! I definitely recommend!!
