My favorite place to go to for lunch! The food is great and the staff is very friendly, including my friend Dinora! I highly recommend Cava, great place to eat healthy delicious food.
The experience at CAVA has been stellar every time I go in. The staff is very attentive, friendly and professional. Dinora is very warm and has a smile that is very refreshing. Come hungry leave happy couldn’t be any more true for this location.
I just bought something at this store and unfortunately there is a person serving, it is a woman with tattoos on her arms and a nose piercing . I understand that they are not obligated to smile all the time but they are obligated to provide good customer service and unfortunately the attitude of this person is disgusting. I know that the customer does not pay to be treated well but at the very least they should have people who are kind and know how to do their job. Ms. Garcia’s team at 014 (Fenton St) is cohesive, pleasant, and professional. You can’t ask for better than that! AND they are the only store that had the plush toy I’ve been wanting!!! Thank you!!!💜
