Very rude people. They don’t even respond to you. If you ask for any extra topping they are very rude to you and say you need to pay extra.
I done order from this location literally 5 times , I only had one good experience with this location, all the other time it’s been horrible. They are always out of dressing and my rice is always hard. The staff is rude and not welcoming at all
My 1 star rating doesn't have anything to do with the food taste because l love cava. My review is for this specific location. For a place like this, you would expect at least a greeting or a heads up before you wait in a long line to find out almost everything you want is not available. It says "be back soon" with a list of items that they're out of. Also when you're next waiting for your food to be made, no one says anything, not even "we'll be with you in one moment".
