First time here I don’t have a cava in my location and Nathaniel. The manager was so helpful and so friendly quality food quality service. Definitely recommend going here if you’ve never been here.
Nathaniel (manager) today was not supporting his staff on the line today. There was just one gentleman on the line by himself. It was very sad to see, I felt bad for him. Also, there were a lot of items that were run out. As a customer it was a little disgusting to see someone touch their clothes and then the food on the line. Please fix your drink section as well, second time with no access to ice. I still love Cava but get it together please, especially in this area. Just support your staff not hard
