This is my favorite lunch spot. Consistently good and the staff is always friendly.
Grub hub orders are skimpy they fill 3/4 of the bowl!! Come on!
This location is consistently disappointing! The staff are always rude, no matter when you visit, and the portions are extremely skimpy compared to other CAVA locations. Tonight was by far the worst experience I’ve had — I arrived at 9:40 p.m. (they close at 10:30) and was told they were no longer accepting cash because the registers had “already closed.” When I asked about it, the worker responded with attitude and told me to take it up with the manager. This is specifically for the Cava on S. Howard. Jada and Lilly made it worth the wait. The store has been without AC for a couple of weeks now (I know because I went there two weeks ago, God bless them) and those ladies were serving with smiles. Excellent customer service all around!
Every time I got to cava Joseph is always there giving his best and he has the best sense of humor “saying merry Christmas” and everyone else had an attitude. Nobody didn’t help me until Joseph did I really hope I see him more… Cava do better
