I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences with the customer service at this CAVA location. The phone is rarely answered, making it extremely difficult to address any issues with an order. There have also been multiple occasions where items were missing from my order. Unfortunately, when I’ve attempted to contact the store to resolve these issues, I have been unable to reach anyone. I tried the Build Your Own Salad Bowl, and I've been craving another one ever since. I got: Romaine, Power Greens, Chicken, Tzatziki, Pickled Onions, Cucumber, Kalamata Olives, Feta and Yogurt Dill Dressing. I love that dressing! It was fresh and packed with flavor. That's my kind of salad.
