Come here all the time for lunch. Best Cava I’ve ever been to. Special thanks to Brandon and Yari for the hospitality!
Customer service needs to be better. The worker who served me in particular had an attitude (rolled his eyes at me); during the order process…and I just ordered a premade dish and didn’t even make any complicated modification. If you go to a place for the first time and you get an attitude like that, that’s already a red flag. Food was great though, I’ll go to a different location and hope their customer service is better.
The food was just alright. Every table, as well as the floor was dirty the whole time we were there. People were cleaning off their own tables with napkins. The restroom had no toilet paper.
4.5 for the service, 4.75 for the food. Ordered the generously portioned chicken bowl with rice, arugula, and all the toppings. The rice was hot and cooked well; chicken was moist and paired well with the vegetables. I requested additional ingredients not part of the standard order and staff were quite accommodating.
