I visited Cava today and was met by a young lady behind the counter by the name of Kelsey (hope that’s correct spelling). Steak was out she told me the wait would be 5-10 min, not only did she check in regularly with the kitchen she made me feel as if my order and satisfaction was important! Also made my pita chips fresh, my overall experience was amazing due to this young lady!
Even at 930pm they were able to get everyone what they wanted the cooks out back and the girls up front did a great job
Kelsey is amazing. She’s the reason I’ll come back!!! Great service and great food!!!
The girl running the front counter this evening is excellent. Second Sunday visit. New regular customer.
