I have a new favorite. Food was fresh, full of flavor, and portion size was much more than expected. I was surprised there weren’t upcharges for certain toppings, pita, or dressings.
I'm a huge fan of cava, but unfortunately, the establishment could improve on cleanliness and staff friendliness.
I visited Cava a little while ago and even though they were out of a few items, the service was still outstanding. Raven clearly communicated what was unavailable and handled it professionally, which I really appreciated. Micheal and Jay were both super sweet, respectful, and made the experience enjoyable despite the situation. Their positive attitudes and teamwork really stood out. They are a great representation of excellent customer service and a true asset to the team and community.
Always a great experience! The staff is always smiling and helpful, especially Kelsey! She’s such a gem.
