It’s unbelievable how little protein they put in these bowls—especially with pickup orders. No matter how many times I’ve ordered, it’s always the same: barely any meat, nowhere near the portion you’d expect or pay for. If you advertise protein bowls, then actually put the protein in them. Consistency matters, and this place just doesn’t deliver. I even pay for extra protein and guess what… still barely any meat in the bowl. It’s ridiculous. Paying more for less is not it.
Best CAVA experience My family & I have had in ages. The customer service was top notch. The person who took our order was a delight & the manager came over to personally assure us our order would be made to our exact specifications (My wife is very specific about her food). 6/5 stars.
