The cleanliness at this location is unacceptable. Looked like the glass between the customers and the food bar hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Food and utensils on the floor. We ate here at approximately 11:45 AM so the restaurant had only been open for a short time. There is no excuse for this lack of hygiene. Other CAVA locations have always been very clean.
Lord, have mercy! I thought I was going in for Mediterranean food, but I ended up in the heart of Greece! Cava is like Chipotle and Moe's meet the Greek Festival meet the fresh herbs, veggies and spices from your grandmother's garden meet every taste bud in your mouth all rolled up into one.
