Not only was this my first time trying Cava, but definitely my last time coming to this location. The person that handled my food first was ‘Nick’ he seemed to have a long day and took it out on his customers. First he dropped a pair of tongs and just placed it back with the food. Then as we started asking questions involving the food he got easily irritated, cut us off rudely and began explaining the proteins.
