I visited the Cava on Forst Drive about two weeks ago and a very nice young man by the name of Kade (maybe Cade) explained my options and gave me suggestions for my lunch. He was very personable and helpful. Give this guy a raise!

I love Cava and it hurts not to be able to give it a 5 star review due to poor customer service. The night crew on March 11th was not focused on their customers. The female that was supposed to be taking our order was entertaining her two friends on the side despite having a backed up line. Not to mention they were out of 5 items. We left feeling like an after thought. I hope this store can tighten up because I would hate to see it go down hill as they would lose my business.
