Me and my best friend went to try it. She’s been there. I have not. It was my first time I will now be frequenting that place. The food is great, their service is outstanding and the lovely lady who helped me. Her name is Journey, cannot thank her enough she helped me figure out what I want and was super sweet.
Used to love this place and would come like once every other week. Went the other day and we were both sick. Management must have changed because everyone was basically new and they were doing a lot of no-nos. People were wiping their noses and serving customers, the pita chips weren’t in the hot lamp and came out cold from a plastic bin— instead they were using the heat lamp area to stack recipe cards. Randomly stopped here for lunch. And I felt like it was one of my better decisions of that day. As someone who loves Mediterranean food I found it very delicious and would likely return.
Just wanted to share that this CAVA has one of the best customer service teams out there. Today it was my first time at CAVA, I was unaware of the fact of how busy it gets. Since it was Mediterranean food (and it was my first time at this restaurant) I had absolutely no idea what to order. Thankfully, I had Mr. Will and Chris to help me out, no matter how busy it was, they made sure that the food I was eating was that of my liking.
