AMAZING FOOD GREAT STAFF
I'm upset to have to write this as this is my first time being disappointed here. I go out of my way to come to this Cava over others because it has ALWAYS been on point. This time my sour cream pita chips were hard and cold when I picked up. Refer to the photo for the skimpy bowl I received. On top of that, everything was cold. Refrigerated cold, even the middle of the falafel. I wanted to throw the chips right out my window.
Great staff. Food is fresh.
