Today my daughter and I experienced CAVA for the first time. We were unsure of what to order but LEX was so patient and knowledgeable about all of the menu options. She also made great recommendations and allowed us to sample a couple of toppings that we were curious about. Thank you CAVA for providing great healthy options and thank you LEX for making our first experience stress free and memorable. I’ll be back again very soon.
They messed up my order the first time. The shift manager (Name started with an R?) was very nice and helpful!! They redid my bowl, and it was absolutely amazing (Only reason I’d come back)! On the other hand, the head manager was stingy, not very helpful, and kind of rude. It would’ve given a five star if it wasn’t for that interaction.
The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is because the food is just slapped altogether in a bowl and can't really be appreciated for each element that makes a bowl. I ordered takeout by the time I got home it was just a big mess I couldn't even really tell what all of the ingredients were. I get it it's a bowl things are going to all mix up. It tastes all right. It just seemed like a Chipotle meal. I was looking for something different. The staff was amazing, lovely, welcoming! I give the staff five stars!
