Last Saturday, I visited Cava and had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees. I understand the restaurant was extremely busy, but that does not excuse rude customer service. The young lady who was originally working the register ended up helping prepare food. When I asked for a little more corn on my bowl, she sarcastically added what looked like five scoops. I recently wrote a review about this place a couple of weeks ago, and left 4 stars. I said I would be back to get a better experience and I did just that! The customer service from Yana was very amazing, she’s super respectful and got us in and out without us feeling rushed. She spoke to my child like an actual human being and didn’t speak over him while he was talking (he’s 8 and loves to order for himself).
