Nicole was amazing! I went to CAVA in Lake Mary for a pickup, and even though the restaurant was very busy, she did an excellent job making sure everyone was taken care of. She was attentive, organized, and made sure everyone received their orders. She stayed on top of everything and made the whole pickup experience smooth and easy. Great customer service from Nicole! Honestly, I think she deserves to be promoted to manager. She has great leadership skills and handled a very busy environment extremely well!
