I always have such a great experience at CAVA thanks to Lusanda and Susan. They were incredibly polite and welcoming, and their customer service was top-notch. What really stood out was how genuine and personable they both were—it didn’t feel like just another transaction. They made the experience feel warm and friendly, and you can tell they truly care about the customers. Shoutout to them for going above and beyond!
I come here often and am usually very happy with all the different dishes I've tried. All of the food is fresh, and the proteins and sauces are so good! However, today I got a bowl with lentils in it and they were severely undercooked - I'm surprised I didn't break a tooth!
