Who ever runs this franchise should be held accountable. From the dirty floors, tables, and horrible customer Service. To my lentils being undercooked the past 2 visits. The amount of staff they always have, and they always seem to have one person running the register, and making the orders. Horrible service. This place has potential, they need to do better with teaching their staff to work as a team :(
Place is nasty
I've just had the worst experience of my life getting cava delivery from this location. They served me extremely undercooked lentils in my bowl. And they were so hard I couldn't eat any of the the bowl, and nearly broke a tooth in just ONE bite. I'm so disappointed. This is unacceptable!!
