I hope the manager of this location oversees their overall lazy and incompetent employees better. I ordered a bowl and it was only about half full with a few items missing even though I saw them available. My chicken was cold, had a weird texture and so undercooked it looked raw — I immediately spit it out and refused to eat the rest as that’s a huge health hazard. Rude service and very small portions compared to other locations in the OC.
The food is great, and the customer service has notably improved. It's wonderful to see the team taking orders and handling takeout so friendly and always smiling – their positive attitude truly makes for a great customer experience. Happy employees really do make happy customers!
Really enjoyed the flavors! Prices are a bit high, but worth it—I’ll be back for sure.
