Pickup orders are always very late. Often more than 30 minutes after the promised time, even after getting a text saying it was ready.
First-time customer and I’ll definitely be back! Dave, the general manager, went above and beyond to make sure my guests and I had a wonderful first experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Customer service was top notch, everyone was friendly and attentive, making sure we felt welcome. CAVA made a great first impression, and it’s definitely a spot I’ll return to on my next visit!
Stopped in to pick up some to-go food for my brother and his wife who really love this place. Nice staff, clean, and quick. They have an amazing selection of drinks, but I wasn't crazy about my spicy lamb + avocado bowl.
Great food, lines get long during lunch.
