I’ve been ordering pickup from this location 3–5 times a week for at least two months, but the past two weeks have been a complete disappointment. Orders are constantly delayed, and items are missing. My bowl is never made the way I order it; instead, I basically end up eating whatever they feel like putting in it. Employees also seem more focused on chatting with each other than providing good customer service. I’ve been patient because mistakes happen, but this has become a recurring issue.
Oh my goodness! The lady with the hijab on-I believe her name was Negarra, was amazing and patient with me as I had to add an additional bowl to my purchase. What great customer service!!
Amazing service and food!
