This is the second time ordering from here and they messed up my order. This was the last straw. I ordered falafel and I requested extra falafel and they gave me the worst falafel ever. It was hard as rocks. Almost cost me a tooth. So bad that I had to remove each falafel rock from my bowl. I paid extra for cement.
The build your own bowl was delicious and well portioned. I like that you can get many toppings included as part of the build your own bowl. Meats are delicious and toppings are tasty and fresh. Staff was very friendly and fast.
Came here after a work out and had such an amazing experience all thanks to Maria , super helpful and great spirited. Gonna come back again to this location :))
My experience at CAVA tonight was excellent. Maria prepared my bowl and made sure I had everything I wanted. Anna checked me out quickly and ensured my sauce was included in the bag. Both ladies were friendly, attentive, and provided great customer service. The line area was clean, and the dining room tables were well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I appreciate the care and professionalism they showed.
