I typically like Cava and have ordered from this location many times but I feel like around lunch time, during the rush, there's a strong possibility you'll get less than good service. I ordered for delivery today and received a small portion and burnt meat. Considering the upcharge that comes with ordering delivery that kind of service is very disappointing.
The food is good I’m sure. Lots of people order from here. As a dasher I was in there tonight and the one African American girl was not doing her job she kept talking to her co workers about Beyoncé and how awesome Beyoncé was smh. After I said I’d been waiting for my customers order a while she simply replied “ I can’t” and walked to the back. While the other two finished my customers order. Visited this Cava location twice and the staff has been amazing! They’re patient, warm, and helpful—even with my “overwhelming” bowl orders. As a mom of my youngest with nut allergies, I really appreciate how accommodating they are. Bonus: my youngest loves the steak and pita chips!
Amazing customer service! Was greeted by Moya soon as I walked in! Very sweet young lady. Got my food to me fast and made sure I had fresh ingredients.
