Salty, salty, SALTY. And honestly, wildly overpriced and inconsistent. This CAVA was tasty and fair with proteins when it first opened up. Now? I don't know if I'll get a meal from this place that is actually decently portioned and satisfying, or gives me mostly soggy veggies drenched in salty condiments. Haven't had a meal here in nearly half a year, with my final straw being paying extra to get the amount of protein I SHOULD be getting anyway with my meal, and getting a whopping TWO falafel balls. Marcos had excellent customer service and was very friendly. Had a big smile on his face when he greeted me. Will definitely stop by again !
I ordered 3 spicy lamb bowls and 4 chicken bowls and one Greek salad for a corporate meeting. It was the worst experience. Lamb meat balls were charred dry and I even broke a plastic fork trying to cut the meat ball. Very bad quality of food. It was an embarrassing moment in front of my colleagues. I called the store to talk to the manager, they put me on hold for 20 minutes and disconnected. Store manager didn’t even bother to talk or take the complaint.
