First time at a Cava. The lady that helped me was super helpful and perfectly suggested ingredients for my order. She Didn't make me feel rushed or dumb. In a world of poor customer service, this place has great service.
I’ve been to this Cava location more times than I can count and every single time, I’ve been treated kindly and respectfully by staff and the food has been awesome! I’ve never had a bad interaction or experience here and I’ll continue to eat here regularly.
Best customer service I have ever had at a CAVA. The team lead made my chips fresh and hand delivered them to me with a welcoming smile!!
