We have used Cauzillo for a few years and have NOTHING but great things to say about their service. I would highly recommend them and trust them completely.
True local family businesses are hard to find these days amid corporatized outfits that have low barriers to entry for their plumbers. Cauzillo’s is the opposite, run by a family of master plumbers who are responsive and professional. Jake did an excellent job replacing original 1965 valves with Ball valves and installing water hammer arrestors for banging pipes. Showed up on time, super polite, competitive pricing, worked efficiently, and cleaned up as if he hadn’t been there. Highly recommend and will call again.
Old School quality combined with efficient new technology. I had them replace a tank water heater with a tankless. They showed up at the time we agreed, and Jakob worked tirelessly. The gas line was a bit of a challenge but he black piped it the entire way, no flex line. The he sweated all of the copper lines, using uni-strut to mount to my pressure treated backer board. We chose Jakob Cauzillo plumbing because of the great reviews they received on Facebook and Google reviews. I called because our water heater was acting strange and was 13 years old. We needed a new one.Jakob called back promptly after I e mailed the company. He told me he could do it in 3 days. Very fairly priced. My wife was impressed so much by his knowledge. He took the old one out. Replaced it and did a great job. All in 90 minutes plus. I would recommend in the highest regard. Just a great experience.
