Very unorganized. Bad communication. Disappointed in the whole process and how it was handled. Tony in particular, would not even respond back to me on the very few emails or questions that I had. I feel that if you have a question about billing, somebody needs to at least give you the courtesy of responding back in a timely manner. Apparently, it’s just an option if they wanna do it or not. Incredible.
Very long and redundant process.. we dealt with multiple people on many of the same things and provided many of the same documents over and over. They billed us an additional $600 because apparently we didn’t have enough information. We provided them the first time and a certain area.. pretty sure that’s what we pay them for is to know exactly what is needed and how much of what is required.
